GTA VI, documented content
Eating, drinking, healing, protecting yourself: consumables help you get health back and hold out during a mission. Here’s the full list of what we know for GTA VI, along with what the series did before.
Rockstar hasn’t published any prices or effect numbers for GTA VI: each row shows its status, and numbers from GTA V, GTA IV or San Andreas stay in their benchmark column.
Official sources
Four moments, each with its status: what the game shows on screen and what Rob Nelson said afterward. Nothing comes with numbers: no prices, no amount of health restored.
The screenshots released with Trailer 2 show Jason with beers at a bar counter and Lucia with a cocktail by a pool; The Rusty Anchor, a beach bar in the Keys, shows up in another image. An image shows an item, not its price.

During the 26 minutes, Jason and Lucia eat tortilla chips in the street, stop by the Effluvia bar on a Vice Beach rooftop, go to the gym and rob gas stations wearing bandanas. A burger ad plays on the apartment TV; cans of Sprunk sit on the shelves of a Xero station.

On the day of the broadcast, VGC and then Dazed (September 6) published the words of Rob Nelson, head of development: “Food affects Jason and Lucia’s weight, while exercising visibly builds and tones their muscles”. Nights without a bed, life on the run and a bender lasting several days also show on their faces.
Speaking to Famitsu, Rob Nelson mentions morning coffee, then the protein shake and protein bar after a workout: “Food provides buffs that strengthen your meters”. Three days of training in a row raise health and strength. No items, no prices and no effect numbers have been published.

What this means for the list: nine rows are confirmed for GTA VI (named by Rockstar or seen in official media) and none of them has a price. The rest comes from the series, and each row says so.
Compare
What each consumable does, where to find some, and what we know about it. Rockstar has published neither prices nor numbered effects for GTA VI: no card makes any up, and a benchmark from another game is written separately.

Expandable list, 30 listed, 9 of them confirmed for GTA VI
Eating, drinking, healing, protecting yourself: each row says what Rockstar has shown or said for GTA VI, and what the series did before. A number from GTA V, GTA IV or San Andreas stays in the “Series benchmark” column: the GTA VI column remains to be confirmed until Rockstar publishes something.

No rows match.
A number from GTA V, GTA Online, GTA IV or San Andreas stays in the “Series benchmark” column: the GTA VI column remains to be confirmed until Rockstar publishes something. “I have it” is saved on this device and counts in My consumables, your tracker on this device.
On the map
Storefronts seen in the trailers and screenshots, placed on the map by gtadb.org. Seeing a storefront doesn’t prove you can buy anything there: each place keeps its status, and the list points this out row by row.
The Effluvia bar (Extended Look) and The Rusty Anchor (official screenshot) aren’t placed on the map yet: they appear in the list as a type of business, with no link.
Benchmarks
The benchmarks come from GTA V, GTA Online, GTA IV and San Andreas. They show what players expect, not what GTA VI will do: that’s why they stay in their own column.
Each benchmark shows its source in the list, in the “Series benchmark” column. When a page we checked doesn’t give a number for an effect, the row says so instead of making one up.
Open questions
What Rockstar hadn’t published as of September 27, 2026.
No GTA VI price has been published. The GTA VI column stays at “to be confirmed” on all 30 rows.
No numbers. Rob Nelson talks about “buffs” that strengthen the gauges, with no details.
The storefronts have been seen, buying hasn’t. In GTA V, you couldn’t go into Cluckin’ Bell or Burger Shot anymore.
Ammu-Nation is confirmed for weapons (locker, exclusives); nothing on vests or kits.
Rob Nelson says exercise builds muscle and that health and strength go up after three days of training; the effect of being overweight isn’t detailed.

Questions

19 sources checked
Every line in the lists and every claim on this page has a status and links to a page opened on the date shown. Rockstar pages are cited with the last time they were opened directly; their texts were reread on September 27, 2026 in the sources that reproduce them.
Named or described by Rockstar: a page on the official site, Newswire, a video, or official text reproduced by the press.
Visible in a trailer, an official screenshot or the Extended Look. It exists on screen; we don’t know the price or whether you can buy it.
A match made by players (wiki, gtadb.org), cited as such, never presented as confirmed.
What GTA V, GTA Online, GTA IV or San Andreas do. A price from the series stays in its column: it doesn’t apply to GTA VI.
Nothing published by Rockstar. The line is there to say what we expect, not to claim it.
The site’s official images come from here: Jason at a bar counter, Lucia by the pool, Stock 305, Sara’s Unisex Salon, Electric Fang Tattoo, The Rusty Anchor. An image shows an item; it doesn’t tell you its price or whether you can buy it. Batch 6: the Rideout Customs screenshots (gold Albany on oversized rims, red interior, raised yellow coupe), One-Eyed Willie’s (hand-painted green Canis, off-road tires, winch bumper), Ganado Retro Build, Personalized Weapon Variants (engraved pistols), Vintage Vice City Weapon Pattern (SMG and pistol with a tropical pattern), two-tone Stanier ’55, the gold Vice City rifle.
The shots mentioned (Effluvia bar, gym, gas station robberies, chips, Sprunk soda) come from the Extended Look of August 27, 2026.
Rob Nelson: “Food affects Jason and Lucia’s weight, while exercising visibly builds and tones their muscles”; nights without a bed, life on the run or a “multi-day bender” show on their faces. Jillian Carr, stylist: Vice City “is built around vanity”, and trends move fast. Locals with tattoos and piercings, in retro Hawaiian shirts, suits, luxury looks or muddy combat gear.
Morning coffee, a protein shake and bar after a workout, food that boosts your meters, training three days in a row, thousands of outfits, countless stores and salons, limited haircuts at the safehouse, an Ammu-Nation locker, robbing stores.
Seen during the broadcast: tortilla chips eaten on the street, a burger ad on TV, a gym, gas station robberies in bandanas, Lucia walking into a store with a gun behind her back and coming out with a bag, Lucia picking an outfit before a night out, club dancers.
Broadcast of August 27, 2026, 26 min 48 s; the Effluvia rooftop bar in Vice Beach, where Jason and Lucia meet up with Brian and Lori; Lucia picks an outfit for a night out.
In the Extended Look, Sprunk shows up in convenience stores: on sale at a Xero gas station, and a case of Sprunk Light in a liquor store. The parts of the page about the leaks are not used.
Repeats what Rob Nelson told Dazed: eating too much makes you gain weight, eating too little makes you lose it, and the gym shows on your body; the San Andreas system is back.
Bars, clubs, diners, and an apartment with a fridge and a TV, seen in the presentation.
Open community database (CC BY 4.0, credited on the site’s map): each building is matched to a real address; that’s where the storefronts on the map come from (Xero, 24/7, Taco Bomb, Uncle Jack’s Liquor, A1 Fashions…). Seeing a storefront doesn’t prove you can buy anything there.
“We’ll also show you them having their morning coffee”; “round things off with a protein shake and a protein bar”; “Food provides buffs that strengthen your meters”; three days of training in a row raise health and strength; “We have thousands of outfits”, earned in missions or bought; “countless clothing stores and hair salons”; haircuts possible at the safehouse, with limited choice; an Ammu-Nation locker for long guns; store-exclusive weapons; robbing stores, destroying the cameras. Reviewed for batch 6: Pay ’n’ Spray (repair and repaint to lose the cops; “you can basically only change the color there, so if you want an elaborate paint job, you’ll need to take it to a tuning shop”), alarms and trackers on luxury cars, a key cloner, fences who remove the tracker, garages to buy, an Ammu-Nation locker for long guns, “Ammu-Nation also sells special guns exclusive to particular stores”, “There are also more weapon customization options than ever before”.
Five vests at Ammu-Nation: super light 20% ($500 in GTA V, $100 in GTA Online), light 40% ($1,000, $200 online), standard 60% ($1,500, $300 online), heavy 80% ($2,000, $400 online), super heavy 100% ($2,500, $500 online); in GTA Online, they unlock by rank.
Menu prices from $3.99 to $6.99; in the game, only the Bleeder burger can be ordered, for $1.
GTA IV: Fowl Burger $5 restores health, Cock-A-Hoop Soup $2, Farmer’s Surprise $2, Cluckin’ Huge $4; in GTA V, you can’t go into the restaurants anymore.
San Andreas meals: small $2 (+1% fat), large $5 (+2%), huge $10 (+3%), salad $10 (0%); every meal restores health; eating too much makes you throw up; 20% pricier in Las Venturas.
GTA V: health regenerates on its own up to half; vending machine drinks and convenience store snacks for the rest. GTA IV: food stands and shops restore health; health kits around the city. San Andreas: health kits and meals; one kit refills your health to the max.
GTA V: P’s & Q’s $1, EgoChaser $2, Meteorite $4 at convenience stores, to get health back. GTA Online: eCola $2, Sprunk $2, Pißwasser $2, P’s & Q’s $2, EgoChaser $3, Meteorite $5, a pack of Redwood $7; eCola and Sprunk for $1 at the vending machine. The page doesn’t give numbers for how much health each snack restores.
$1 per item; San Andreas: about 50% of base health; GTA V and GTA Online: one eCola or Sprunk drink restores full health; GTA IV: part of your health.
GTA V bar: playable darts; the drinks served at the bar can’t be bought in GTA V.
What we don’t do. No made-up GTA VI price or effect, no data from the leaks, no image that isn’t official. Statuses are explained in the Tutorial. Content checked on 09/23/2026; GTA VI is announced for November 19, 2026. This personal tracking doesn’t confirm that any content is already available in the game.
