The residences of Leonida
These pages bring together the places tied to the characters’ lives: houses, lodgings and other addresses mentioned in their stories.
Find the links to the characters and nearby places. A residence shown or described by Rockstar isn’t, by itself, a home the player will be able to buy. Understanding statuses.
The 4 pages

Lucia, from the penitentiary to Vice City
Freshly released, determined to pull only smart jobs from now on.

What Rockstar has shown
On this page, a residence is a place to live that Rockstar has described or shown. Here’s where each piece of info comes from.
- Official
Official pages and Trailer 2
Jason’s page: he lives for free in a property owned by Brian Heder, in exchange for helping out with debt collection. Lucia’s: the penitentiary, before the story. Cal’s: at home, in front of his scanner. Trailer 2 shows Jason’s house on stilts in Key Lento: he’s fixing the roof, Brian shows up asking for “his checks”, and a neighbor calls out to him.

Editions
The “Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles” screenshot shows the repaired house, with the Ganado, the Dinka Enduro and the Crest kayak. It’s the only official name for a home in the game. The editions also describe personal garages “throughout Leonida”, with a weapon locker and a stash for stolen goods.

Extended Look, then Famitsu
An apartment decorated in pink, where Lucia picks an outfit while Jason worries about being late; a fridge, a TV showing the game’s shows. The next day, Rob Nelson (Rockstar North) tells Famitsu: safehouses change as the chapters go by, like the camps in Red Dead Redemption 2; you can cut your hair at home, with few options; you start with three vehicle slots, and you get more by buying garages.

A residence that’s been shown isn’t property for sale: none of the four pages has a price, and none will until Rockstar publishes one.
Player observations
What the community has identified
Fans are looking for the real-life addresses. Here’s what they suggest, and what it’s worth.
A building recognized in a video is still a community identification, even when two sites agree. Here, they don’t agree.
Open questions
What’s still to be confirmed
The questions we get asked most, with no published answer.
Buy a house or an apartment?
Nothing announced. Press previews from September 2026 say safehouses unlock with the story and only garages can be bought; Rockstar hasn’t published anything about it.
The pink apartment: whose is it, and where is it?
The wiki says “probably rented by Lucia”, in Bayside. Nothing official.
Saving, changing clothes, sleeping
Standard in the series. For GTA VI, only haircuts, food and TV have been shown at home.
Income from a home
None. The money described comes from robberies, heists and the fence.
Cal’s house and Brian’s
Described, never shown or placed on the map.

Sources and statuses
Every claim on this page has a status and comes from a page opened on the date shown. Rockstar pages are cited with the date they were last opened directly; their texts were reread on September 27, 2026 in the sources that reproduce them.
Official
A page, text or video published by Rockstar on its own channels (GTA VI site, Newswire, trailers, Extended Look), or by Take-Two, Sony or Microsoft, written the way they said it, with the date.
Seen in media
What an official image or clip shows without any Rockstar text saying it (a trailer shot, a screenshot, a moment from the Extended Look, with the timestamp when known), or what a named outlet reports, including statements by a Rockstar representative, with the outlet and the date.
Community identification
A match made by players, a wiki or a fan site (real place, actor, county). Quoted as such, never presented as confirmed.
To be confirmed
A question with no published answer: price, purchase, access, role in the story. We write it down instead of guessing.
