Residence, GTA VI
Brian and Lori’s place
A Leonida beach bum, with a great white shark bite.
Brian Heder lives in the Keys with Lori, his third wife. Their boatyard is still used to smuggle goods, and Lori’s sangria waits for Jason now and then.

Overview
Brian Heder lives in the Leonida Keys with Lori, his third wife, between his dock and his boatyard. He owns several properties in the archipelago, including the one where Jason stays, and still moves his goods through the boatyard. Jason has to stop by regularly for Lori’s sangria: it’s in the contract. The official screenshots show Brian leaning on his dock, drink in hand, under the string lights of a marina at night. The house’s exact address hasn’t been published; only the boatyard has been spotted on the map.
