That’s the name Rockstar gives Jason’s house in its official gallery: a house in the Keys, lent by Brian, with his vehicles parked out front.

Jason’s safehouse is the only address Rockstar explicitly calls a safehouse: the official images is titled Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles in the rockstargames.com gallery. It’s his stilt house in the Keys, lent to him by Brian Heder, with the Ganado ’70, the Dinka Enduro and the Crest kayak parked out front. That’s where Trailer 2 shows him fixing his roof. The game’s safehouse and property system will be documented after release; for now, this house is the only place of this kind Rockstar has shown.
