Character, GTA VI
Boobie Ike
It’s all about heart: the Jack of Hearts.
A local Vice City legend, Boobie turned his years on the street into a legit empire: real estate, the Jack of Hearts club and the Only Raw Records label, set up with Dre’Quan. All they’re missing is a hit.
Overview
Boobie Ike is a Vice City legend, and he acts like it. Rockstar tells how he turned his years on the street into a legitimate empire: real estate, a strip club, the Jack of Hearts, and a recording studio. All smiles until it’s time to talk business, he now invests in music with Dre’Quan Priest at Only Raw Records, where Real Dimez is signed. That’s his real bet: all the label needs is one hit to take off. The official screenshots show him in front of the Jack of Hearts sign and in his armchair, with a gold chain and a patterned suit.
In the story
Boobie doesn’t appear in the trailers as a man of action: Rockstar films him as a boss, in front of his club or in his armchair, surrounded by Dre’Quan and Real Dimez. His introduction stresses the move from the street to legit business, and the music bet he still has to win. He’s the Vice City character through whom Jason and Lucia enter the world of music and nightlife.
In the screenshots and on the pages
The official screenshots show him in front of the red Jack of Hearts sign and in his armchair, with a gold chain and a patterned suit. His page links to the Jack of Hearts and Only Raw Records businesses, to Dre’Quan Priest and Real Dimez, and to the club’s marker on the Vice City map.
