Mount Kalaga National Park
Fresh air on the northern border: hunting, fishing and off-road trails.
Northern Leonida’s national park: forests, hills, rivers and muddy trails. Rockstar presents it as a place for hunting, fishing and off-roading, far from the cities.

Overview
Mount Kalaga National Park covers the north of the state, up against the border. It’s the only real high ground in Leonida: pine forests, gorges, rivers and waterways running down toward the swamps. Rockstar presents it as the place you go to hunt, fish, camp and drive off-road, away from the bustle of the cities. The official screenshots show enduro bikes and ATVs in the mud, a helicopter over the ridges, hunters in the undergrowth and a kayak under a railroad bridge. On the map, the park brings together the off-road trails and water spots of the north.
In the artwork and in the story
Mount Kalaga National Park is the state’s only high ground: pine forests, gorges, rivers and waterways. Rockstar makes it the land of hunting, fishing, camping and off-roading. The official screenshots show enduro bikes and ATVs in the mud, a helicopter over the ridges, hunters in the undergrowth and a kayak under a railroad bridge.
On the ground
In the game, the park should be the go-to place for outdoor activities. The Manchez, Maverick and Crest Kayak pages are linked to it, and the Leonidakit map marks the trails and water spots of the north. Hunting and fishing spots will be added as soon as the game reveals them.
Key points

GTA San Andreas
Mount Chiliad, its downhill bike run and its trails: the series’ first real mountain.
2013
GTA V
Mount Chiliad returns, with the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, its hunters and its mysteries.
What’s still to be confirmed
- Where do the off-road trails and hunting areas start?
- Will the park have campsites to rest at?
Nobody has the answer yet: these points will be filled in with the game, on November 19, 2026.
