What the artwork shows
Vice City’s classic patrol car, built on the Stanier. The Crown Victoria whose looks it borrows was the standard American police car for more than twenty years: rear-wheel drive, body-on-frame, indestructible. The name Ghost refers to unmarked units, whose livery you can only make out once you’re too close.
